Detached small Villa. Mid C19. Stone walls, rendered with corner pilasters.
Slate roof, hipped. Boxed eaves with modillions. Rendered stacks at left
and right hand eaves. 2 storeys. 3 windows, sashes with thin glazing-bars.
Rendered porch at centre, with a 2-leaf inner door, C19, and C20 2-leaf outer
door. 2-light cast-iron casement on right hand end wall. Conservatory
attached on left hand end wall.
