full entablature and pediment over 2 central bays. Moulded eaves cornice and
parapet over outer 2 bays. 4 ranges of sashes, 2 central ground floor ones
with moulded surrounds. 2 doors up flights of steps with ornate cast iron
balustrades, in flanking bays.
