GV II

House. Late C18, altered late C19. Brick with stone dressings and steep pitched slate roof. Plinth, first and second floor bands, moulded brick eaves, coped gables, single gable and single ridge stacks. Windows are glazing bar sashes, those to ground and first floors with segmental heads. 3 storeys; 5 window range. Third floor windows are smaller. Below, to right, C19 Classical stone doorcase with panelled lintel and open pediment on scroll brackets. Renewed 6-panel door. To left, altered segment headed carriage opening with keystone, containing moulded 4-panel door and blocked window.
