Probably late C18. Later alterations; cement rendered; 2 storeys; 5 sash windows,
3 being renewed and minus glazing bars; continuous sill band; stone plinth; modern
doorway; stone-coped parapet; half-hipped slate roof. 2-windowed return side to
Queen Street.
