Late C18 house with alterations to street facade dated 'J.P.
1874' on terracotta plaque. Local brown brick, slate and
pantiled roof with tumbled parapet gables, end stacks. Two
storeys. Stepped pediment above small, central first floor C19
canted bay window, two first floor replacement casement windows
in segmental arches. Half-glazed, panelled door flanked by two-
light hung sash windows with glazing bars in segmental arches.
Rear wing added to original outshut.
