and No. 29 Lees Road (q.v.). Mid C19. Dressed stone, stone slate roof.
2 storeys. Quoins. Doorway with sill tie and flat faced mullioned windows
with slightly projecting sills of 3 lights to ground floor and 4 lights to 1st
floor (one light solid). Single stack to ridge.
