Late C19 house. Yellow gault brick, slate roof, end stacks.
Four, first floor, twelve-paned, recessed hung sash windows with
stone cills and cambered brick arches. Two entrances to left
and right hand in round-headed arches with fanlights. Central
large, canted hung sash bay window. Included for group value.
