House, formerly farmhouse, mid C17. 2 storeys, 3-cell lobby-entrance plan.
Timber-framed and rendered. Thatched roof with C17 axial chimney of red brick
with 2 attached diagonally-set shafts on square plinth. Mid C20 casements and
shingled gabled entrance porch with glazed panelled door. Typical example of
C17 farmhouse, with close-studded timber-framing exposed internally, and back-
to-back fireplaces in hall and parlour.
