1903. Arnold Mitchell, architect. 4 storeys. 2 window bays. Blue lias rubble
and dressings in contrasting stone. Parapet with moulded string at base, On
3rd floor, 2 2-light mullioned windows; on 2nd floor, 2-light mullioned window
to left hand; to right hand, a 4-light splayed bay which decends through all
storeys to ground floor, with sundial built into wall between 1st and ground
floors. To left hand, 2-light mullioned window on 1st floor, square headed
doorway with studded door on ground floor. 8 steps lead up to doorway from 2-centred
entrance in stone rubble wall which marks the boundary between the forecourt
and Marine Parade.

Nos 4 to 6 (consec) together with Nos 6A, 7, 8, 8A, 9, 11, 12 and Sundial
form a group.
