Cottage, C17 altered and cased in brick, probably early C19. Grey slate roof hipped left and gabled right with chimney. Two storeys of two rooms. Small-pane wooden casements, two on each storey, under camber arches on lower storey; no cills. Replaced boarded door.

Interior: central lobby with one room left and one right. Roughly chamfered oak beams. Ingle-nook against right gable has chamfered hood-beam. Plain stair with winders. Oak-framed partition between bedrooms; chamfered oak purlins.
