Fragments of late C12 church, but mainly C15. Finely proportioned with lofty nave arcades, clerestorey, tall West tower, aisles and South porch, chancel, stone. Restored C15 parclose and rood screens. C15 arcaded font, octagonal and carved. C15 bench ends with poppyheads, elaborately carved chancel stall ends. Carved roof bosses
to nave and aisles. Some old glass in North aisle. C16 memorial brasses. Broken
stone cross.
Forms a visual group with Maybank opposite, which is of local interest.
