Early Cl9. The 4 houses form a centre portion consisting of a pair of houses
of 3 storeys and 3 windows and flanking wings of 1 house each of 2 storeys
and 2 windows. Red brick. Bracket eaves cornice. Pantile roof, hipped.
Glazing bars. Mainly 6-panel doors, with wood doorcases with pilasters and
cornices. The centre window bay is flanked by pilasters forming a round-headed
arch over the 2nd floor window. Pantiles.
All the listed buildings in The Buttlands (West Side) form a group and also
with Yew Tree House and House adjoining.
