Early C19, brick limewashed terrace block of 2 storey cottages (includes Pretoria Terrace), toothed eaves band. Pantiles. Originally all with flush frame sash windows with glazing bars (but many windows now altered) and with 4-panel doors with hoods on shaped brackets (some now altered).

Nos 2 to 26 (even) Former Ranters' Chapel and Burnham House form a group.
