Formerly farmhouse, now house and shop: dated 1601 with C19 and C20
alterations and additions. Timber-framed with brick nogging to the
front, rendered brick to sides and rear. Welsh slate roof. 1 gable
and 1 brick ridge chimney. 2-storey, 4-bay front. Heavy but
irregular small framing, partly rendered below. Mixture of enlarged
windows below and 3-light casements above. 4-panelled door in the 2nd
bay. Front has mounted wooden board reading HLL 1601.
