Rocester Bridge

Road bridge. Mid-C19. Chisel dressed ashlar and rock faced ashlar abutments. Single segmental arch spanning the River Dove; moulded parapet string to coped parapet with hollow chamfered under edge; wide flat buttresses to each side of arch with pyramidal caps; abutments terminate in oblong section piers with pyramidal caps.
