C16-C17 timber-framed and plastered house with the timber-framing exposed
at the west end. Two storeys. The upper storey is jettied on the whole front
on 5 brackets. Four window range of modern casements. Roof tiled, with an
internal chimney stack at the rear and an external stack at the east end.
The interior has exposed timber-framing, ceiling beams and joists and original
fireplaces. (RCHM 19).
