Late C18, projecting centre of 3 storeys, 1 window, with 2 storey 1 window wings. Red brick. Pantiles. 3-light half-moon sash window with glazing bars at 2nd floor. Arched recessed central entrance with double doors, panelled, reveals, and divided fanlight.

Arch House and Nos 52 & 54 form a group with Nos.1 & 3 Park Road.
