House, formerly two cottages, now house. Left timber-framed bay mid C16 or earlier, right section probably C18, with C18 facade and C19 alterations. Timber framed, clad in red brick with occasional grey bricks in a Flemish-type bond. Plain tile roof.

Two storeys with two-course plat band. Hipped roof with gablet to left. Red brick stack in front slope of roof towards centre, and two slender projecting end stacks. Irregular fenestration of four casements; two two-light to left and two C20 three-light to right. Ground floor windows have segmental heads. Blocked doorway to left of centre. Ribbed door under flat bracketted hood towards right end. Short timber framed rear wing to left, probably C18, incorporating stairs. Rear lean-to.

Interior: exposed timbers. Cambered tie-beam towards left with evidence for crown-post.
