Late C18. Barn later. Cottage and adjoining barn. Hammer dressed stone. Quoins
to east. Pitched stone slate roof. Two storeys. South elevation: Ground floor:
one 6-light stone mullioned window. First floor: one 3-light stone mullioned
window; one 2-light stone mullioned window (1 mullion removed). North elevation:
First floor: one 2-light stone mullioned window (1 mullion removed). Barn: North
elevation has small entrance with stone surrounds and tie-stones; later openings
at high level.
