Statue of a woman carrying a lamb and staff 1931 by C L Hartwell R A, signed.
Bronze, on Portland stone base with granite plinth. Inscription reads: "Erected in honour of Gertrude and Harold Baillie Weaver by the National Council for Animals' Welfare with the generous co-operation of the sculptor, 1931."

Located at the north point of the circular garden laid out round the 'Hylas' fountian (q.v.)
