REAP HIRST ROAD 1. 5113 (North Side) Birkby Cosy Nook Farmhouse SE 1218 21/1140 II 2. 1763. Hammer dressed stone. Pitched stone slate roof. 2 storeys. Four 2-light casements on 1st floor, plus one small round-arched window with keystone and impost blocks. One 3-light and two 2-light casements on ground floor. One door with 4 sunk panels. Barn to east, with one-storey stable extension on south side. Plaque inscribed "T S C 1763".
