GV II

Pair of cottages with basement warehouse now forming a single residence. Early
C19. Hammer dressed stone, stone slate roof. 3 storeys. 3 bays. 1st bay has
segmental arched cart entry with dropped keystone. 2nd bay has stone staircase
with cast iron railings leading to 1st floor landing with paired doorways with
monolithic jambs. Outer bays have 2-light flat faced mullioned windows with
projecting sills to each floor. Altered glazing. Gable stacks. Left hand
return wall attached to Bridge End, Elland Road (q.v.).
