Farmhouse now house. Mid-C18. Red brick; plain tile roof with stepped verges.
L-shaped plan; main house aligned east-west facing south with wing and attached
outbuildings to the rear. 3 storeys, reduced proportions to the second floor; coved
eaves. 5 bays, casements, those to ground and first floors have wedge shaped
lintels grooved as voussoirs and raised keys. Central 6-panel door with
rectangular overlight and wooden doorcase with gabled hood. Insurance plate to
first floor left. To the right hand gable are 2 sets of flight ledges and
blocked entrances to a former pigeon loft. Interior. Newel staircase with
solid balustrade. Attached to the rear wing is a former stable and wash house dated
1741.
