Farmhouse, byre and loft. Early C18, with additions late C18. Sandstone rubble
with some quoins and ashlar dressings; stone-flagged roof. 2 storeys, 5 bays,
and one-storey, 3-bay right addition. 2-bay byre and loft at left has off-
centre boarded door in irregular-block jambs and flat stone lintel. Loft door
to right has similar jambs and flat stone sill; slit vents at left. 3-bay
house has one-bay central front extension under catslide roof, with one small
square window in front; renewed glazing in small nearly-square windows in outer
bays with plain stone surrounds, that at ground floor right altered. House
has tall square end chimneys. Right extension has central boarded Dutch door
flanked by partly-glazed, windows. Rear elevation shows catslide roof over one-
bay outshut on third bay of house, and C20 outshut on second bay; loft has
boarded door in irregular jambs, and 2 vent slits.
