House. Mid-C19. Red brick; plain tile roof; brick integral end stacks.
T-shaped plan, main range aligned north-south facing west, rear wing aligned
east-west. 2 storeys with dentilled eaves band; 2 windows, 16-pane glazing
bar sashes, ground floor windows have bracketed hoods, first floor windows
have moulded architraves. Central half-glazed door with bracketed hood.
