CV II

House, early to mid C17. Thin coursed rubble, dressed quoins, stone slate roof.
2 storeys. South front has 3-room plan and double chamfered mullioned windows,
come retaining cavetto chamfered mullions but most removed; former 3-light
window in single storey wing which slightly breaks forward under catslide roof
with main range; set back is hall range with former 2-light (fire-window) and 4-
light-window to housebody, with 3-light widow with lowered sill over to 1st
floor; 4-light window to housebody, with 3-light window with lowered sill over
to 1st floor, 4-light parlour window with 2-light window over to 1st floor and
inserted doorway with monolithic jambs. Rear fronts main street and has plinth,
quoins and doorway with monolithic jambs, small chamfered window (blocked) and
2-light chamfered windows. 3 stacks to ridge.
