House and shop. Late C18. Coursed squared rubble sandstone with ashlar
dressings; stone-flagged roof with yellow brick chimney. 2 storeys, 2 windows.
Renewed door and overlight at right under flat stone lintel; similar lintels
and flat stone sills to late C19 first-floor sashes. Ground-floor shop windows:
at left 2 rows of 3 panes with projecting stone sill and wider flat stone
lintel; at right a bowed window with 5 rows of 6 panes, on bowed stone projection
and sill, with bowed stone cornice. Right end chimney. Included for group
value with Old Bank House, Front Street. Empty at time of survey.
