2. Street front is painted brick, stucco to left, some Gothick sash windows. End bays come forward slightly. Double 6-panel doors curiously set between buttress-like projections. Front facing Vivary Park is particularly attractive. Long block with painted roughcast finish and long hipped slate roof, projecting eaves. 9 sash windows with Gothic glazing bars toast floor. French windows on ground floor. Trellis verandah, partly altered.

All the listed buildings in Mount Street form a group together with the School. Unitarian Chapel, the Lawn and Mary Street House, Mary Street, the listed buildings in Vivary Park, Wilton House in Hammets Walk and Nos 1 to 14 (consec) Upper High Street.
