Cottage. Late C17 or early C18. Timber-framed with later C18 brick cladding.
Plain tiled roof, half-hipped to left, hipped to right with large central brick
ridge stack. Battle entry plan. 2 storeys, 2 windows, later C20 lattice casements.
C20 boarded door with gabled weather-porch. Outshut with catslide roof to right,
C19 and C20 extensions to rear. Interior: jowled posts to principals; studs and
struts exposed in rear wall, elsewhere originally hidden by lath and plaster.
4 bay side-purlin roof with collars.
