Late C18. Ashlar, quoins, three storeys. Centre flush-panelled door and plain fanlight in doorcase of Ionic half-colums with frieze and dentilled cornice. Two blank windows on ground floor, three windows on each upper floor (four of them blank), all in architraves. Narrow similar portion added to adjoin No 72. Rear has two three-storeyed bows with a long round-headed staircase window between.

All listed building in Ravensdowne (east side) from Nos 30 to 76 (even) form a group.
