Early to mid C19. Former cottage, part of group. Hammer dressed stone.
Pitched stone slate roof. 2 storeys. South west elevation: Ground; one 2-light
stone mullioned window. One 3-light stone mullioned window. First floor;
two 3-light stone mullioned windows. South east gable: entrance with stone
surrounds and tie-stones. North east elevation: extension with catslide roof
over with one 2-light stone mullioned window.
