Shelter sheds with granary over, former threshing barn, dovecote, byres, stables
and cottages. Late C18 and early C19. Dressed stone with Welsh slate roofs.
E-plan.
Long rear range of shelter sheds with 4 segmental arches to left, and 4 to right
of projecting central range; half-shuttered windows above.
Projecting from centre a 2-storey dovecote with boarded door on ground floor,
quatrefoil and 2 sets of pigeon holes above; pyramidal roof. Single-storey
byre attached.
To left, L-plan range of byres, barn and stables. Irregular openings with
boarded doors and shuttered windows. Gabled and hipped roofs, reverse-stepped
coping to gables. Interior of barn retains much of the machinery from the water
thresher, but not the wheel.
Cottages and forge in wing to right. 2-storey cottages with boarded doors and
12-pane sashes. Several lst-floor windows altered. Forge has stable-type door
and half-slatted windows. Hipped roof.
