House. Probably C16 altered early C17 and again C18. Rendered facade, random
rubble elsewhere. Pantiled roof. L-plan. 2-storeys, 5 windows.
C17 studded and panelled door in multi-moulded surround which has canted Tudor-
arched head with moulded pendant at the apex and floating cornice over. Five
12-pane sashes on ground floor and five on 1st floor. Steeply-pitched gabled
roof with kneelers, raised coping and C19 brick end stacks.
Rear wing C18 with scattered 12-pane sashes.
Interior: Walls c.4 ft. thick to front wing, left gable thinner and rebuilt
C18. Massive beams on ground floor. C18 6-panel doors and shutters. Rear of
front door faced in C18 panelling.
