6/154 Outhouse, about
25 metres south
of Swanton Mill


GV II

Outhouse. C19 rebuild or alteration of C17, or earlier building.
Timber framed and clad with ragstone, brick and tile hanging, with
plain tiled roof. One storey with hipped roof, with weather vane
with large model boat. Interior: altered, crude frame, with 3 posts
forming a very narrow single aisle, and are a crude form of base cruck.
Clasped purlin roof. Included for group value.
