Originally one house, later subdivided into two. C17,
refenestrated in C20. Stone rubble with red brick dressings,
Carpenters Cottage, which is the 3 western bays, has been
roughcast. East gable end tile hung. Tiled roof with large
brick chimneystack. Two storeys; 4 windows to front. L-shaped.
Carpenters Cottage has 3 triple C20 casements and plain
doorcase. Lannowes Cottage has a casement with cambered head
to first floor and blocked doorcase to ground floor.
Tripartite windows to east end elevation. Rear elevation has
gabled dormer and one 4-light casement. L-wing has Lean-to and
penticed porch in angle of the L.

short stuccoed quoins. The easternmost window-bay and the east wall stone rubble.
