Early C19 timber-framed and plastered building with plaster panels on the
front. Two storeys. Three window range of leaded casements. Roof slate,
with one central and one end chimney stack. On the front there is an early
C19 painted notice headed "Newport Toll Bridge" and giving a list of the
toll charges.
