Early C19. Substantial detached house set back from road in large garden. Two
storeys gault brick. Steep hipped slate roof, the eaves hidden by raised brick
parapet with stone coping. Header cornice and a frieze of projecting paired
headers. Three windows (smaller in centre) recessed, sash, glazing bars, block
sills, flat brick arches. Centered doorway in shallow recessed arched panel.
Recessed door of six fielded panels (two glazed). Reeded wood doorcase with
small consoles uspporting plain cornice. NW and SE sides: two windows, recessed
etc as on front and set in slightly projecting bays.
