In 2 parts;-
Western part timber framed with later brick infill. 3 bays and an extra timber
upright. Timber posts with braces. Small centre diamond shaped window flanked
by 2 small square windows.
Eastern part C18 and higher. Red brick with grey headers. Steeply pitched tiled
roof with kneelers and coped gabled ends, I storey, 3 windows.

Nos 1 and 2 Downton Fields Cottages, Orchard Cottage and Lea Green Cottage and the
listed buildings of Leagreen farm form a group.
