Late C18. Hammer dressed stone. Quoins. Barn - deeply coursed rubble with quoins.
Pitched,stone slate roof. Coped gables on moulded footstones. 2 storeys.
Cottage:
South West elevation:
Ground floor; entrance with stone surround. One 4-light stone mullioned window.
First floor; Two 2-light stone mullioned windows.
North West elevation:
Ground floor; Former extension (part removed).
First floor; three 2-light stone mullioned window (part rebuilt).
Barn:
South East elevation (part obscured by adjoining cottage):
Large central doorway with semi-circular arched head and quoins. Small vent over.
North West elevation: Continuous outshut extension with large central doorway with
quoins.
