This is the principal Home Farm of Petworth Park. Probably built by the
third Earl of Egremont. c.1780 or a refacing of an earlier building. Two
parallel ranges. Red brick, standing on a brick platform. Hipped tiled roof.
Glazing bars intact. Trellised wooden porch. Wide chimney breast on east wall.
Two storeys. Three windows.
