House. c1825. Rendered brick, Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Symmetrical
elevation having central round-arched entrance with recessed part-glazed later C19
double door under fanlight with radial glazing bars; flanking full-height 20-pane
sashes, 16-pane sashes above, all windows with projecting sills; ground floor
covered by verandah with openwork wood columns and replacement metal roof. Raised
verges with coping (renewed at right end); brick end stacks. Interior: Central
stair hall has curving, open-string stair with stick balusters and spiral curtail
to handrail. Very similar to No 37 (qv).
