Cowdray Estate number. Small early C19 farmhouse. Coursed Hythe sandstone and Midhurst stone set in galletting with ashlar quoins. Hipped tiled roof. Casement windows, those on the ground floor with pointed heads. Once pointed doorway now blocked and partly concealed by a modern porch.
