One of the farm buildings of the farm-house now known as Eddington Manor,
converted into a residence. Probably C17. Two storeys. Four windows.
Stone with ashlar quoins. Gables at ends with kneelers, coping and finials.
Modern casement windows inserted. On the first floor of the South-west
front is a re-opened original window with stone mullion and dripstone
over. Doorway with dripstone over.
