Late C19/early C20 courtyard of farm buildings grouped around yard with herringbone
brickwork surface. Red brick with banded tiled roofs with cresting. Eastern arched
carriage entrance double doors. Gabled facade. On inner side 3 light casements
each side entrance, Western range barn with ½ hipped roof. 5 dormer lights.
Massive beams hold roof out from wall over 5 windows. Sliding doors below. North
and south ranges gabled loft door with 2 light casement below. South range has
stable door.

The farm buildings and courtyard surface form a group.
