Range of C17 timber-framed and plastered buildings extending to the east
on Station Road with a C19 red brick block at the west end with a frontage
facing High Street. Two storeys. The east wing has 4 window range, casements.
Roof thatched. The west block has 3 window range on the west front and
a 2 storeyed canted bay on the south side. The windows are partly double-hung
sashes with glazing bars and partly modern top opening casements (simulating
double-hung sashes). Roof slate, hipped at the north and south ends. (RCHM
24).
