A C17-C18 timber-framed and plastered house, altered in the C19 and later.
2 storeys and attics. 3 window range, double-hung sashes with single vertical
glazing bars to No 19 (2 windows) and glazing bars to No 21 (1 window).
The windows are in flush cased frames. The ground storey has small C20 shops.
Roof tiled, with 2 flat headed dormers.

Nos 5 to 13 (odd), No 13A, Nos 15 to 33 (odd), No 33A and Nos 35 to 39 (odd)
form a group.
