casements. The plaster above the doorway is inscribed with the date 1677 and
initials M.E. Roof thatched, gabled at the ends, with 2 gabled dormers.

Hainault Cottage, House approximately 20 yds north-east of Hainault Cottage
and Tudor Cottage form a group.
