A late C16 timber-framed and plastered house but altered. Formerly the house
was moated and there is the remains of a moat. The house is L shaped on plan.
2 storeys, 3 window range. The windows are C20 casements with glazing bars.
A central doorway has a simple portico with plain slender columns. Roof tiled,
with end chimney stacks. (RCHM .7).
