(Greenlands on O.S. Map). House at end of row. Mid C19. Local lias stone rubble, uncoursed, boasted lias and Ham stone
dressings; Welsh slate roof with large overhangs to plain gables; stone chimney stacks. 'L' plan: 2 storeys, bays, of
which bay 3 is a gabled projection. Semi-circular headed plain sash windows, narrow, in pairs and threes, some with
relieving arches over; in corner an angled Ham stone porch with semi- circular archway, impost blocks and keystone,
slate lean-to roof: on east gable, and cutting into house, a segmental arched carriageway with boarded door, set under
slated roof. Interior not seen. House immediately west of the Church of All Saints, with which it has important group
value.
