Large barn, C17. Timber framed construction, weatherboarded, old clay tile roof
with slates on lower part of west slope. 5 bay plan with two aisles, opposed
entrances, south end half hipped. Small dormer-type insertion into slope over
west aisle. Original framing largely intact but with some rafter replacement.
Double purlin roof with middle part windbraced; arch braces from main posts to
lower purlin and main ties, queen posts from lower main ties to upper collars.
